Our children are the most important possession that we have. We do all we can to protect them in any way that we can. In this time in our world it takes two parents working to make ends meet. Then they have no choice but to hire a nanny to come in and take care of their children. It can be stressful to a parent not knowing what is going on at home with their kids when they are at work. It can save yourself a lot of problems later if you just tell the nanny before they are hired that you will be using the cam. Have them sign something saying that they are aware of the cam also.

After a certain period of time destroy old tapes; especially if there is nothing incriminating on them. This also will protect you from legal ramifications at a later time.    Again, the real answer to; are Hidden Nanny Cams illegal? No, they are not, but just be careful using them.
